“Song of Songs” wedding bower

2002

COMMISSIONED FOR THE VILLAGE SHUL • TORONTO ONTARIO

Custom metal work supports the chuppah from the eight bimah poles. The glass fixtures make the domed canopy appear like a radiant crown. A garden bower hovers over the couple; each section is appliquéed with a large flower inspired by the Song of Songs.
