Commissioned for Rabbi Paul and Tal Golomb
These tallitot present in considerable detail the personalities and interests of Paul and Tal.
Paul majored in math and continues to be a fine athlete. His tallit corners present numerologi-cal puzzles that combine his name, favourite holiday and Torah portion, and softball...as well a some 'hidden messages'.
Tal, a lawyer for New York City, has a keen interest in architecture. The corners and collar develop the theme of 'bridges', reflecting his personal rite of passage, the links he creates professionally, and some of his favourite structures.
Tal's tallit, commissioned for his marriage, was first used at the aufruf, and then during the ceremony to wrap bride and groom.
