Fabric hanging and mantles
Brass gates fabricated by David Hunt

These pieces are part of an ongoing series for a shared church and temple sanctuary. They develop images of light – including God's spirit, Shechinah, menorah – and references to seven; for example, 7 Biblical species, 7 days of creation, 7 earthly Sephirot. On the door 7 stalks of barley each with 7 seeds functions as an omer calendar.

Although many media and techniques are used, the overall effect is one of lively integration.
